This article is ridiculess, and kind of sad. There real race issues out in the world and we're focusing on this. There have been so many police shootings and emojis aren't going to help with that. I guarentee the majority of the type of people who are muslim and have prejudice put against them aren't going to be affected by this. Emojis are everywhere, they're even getting their own movie, but we should be focussing on real race issues. One of our presidential candidates is a bigoted troll who got left in the tanning bed for to long. The fact is you could use technolgy of some kind to help muslims pr, but that would require more substance then a emoji. Not everything needs an emoji, they gave David Bowie an emoji and it's more of a insult then a tribute. We live in a racist world, and dumb pictures that you'll never use because you have to go thru five pages of emojis isn't going to help at all.

As a country, we are playing a big game of pick your poison. If you watched the last two debates, you'll be aware that the majority of time is spent talking over each other. However in light of recent events, if you vote for one of these two candidates, the choice is pretty clear. We as a society have values, and Donald Trump does not follow these. Multiple women have come out and have accused this man of sexual assault. I personally don't care that much for Hillary Clinton, she hasn't committed a crime as horrendous as this. The crazy thing is, if it wasn't for that leaked tape where Trump said he could get away with sexual harassment, these claims might not hold weight. But that represents both of these candidates to a tee. Every chance during the election when they had the chance to pull ahead, these two have managed to shoot themselves in the foot. I myself might hold more liberal beliefs, but even if you disagree, i ask you this. Is your party worth your morals?
I'm going to have to agree with Pope Francis and President Obama on this one. We think of people who commit crimes as demonic, soulless, monsters but they're just people. So many people make mistakes, some of who were to young too make rational choices. Prisons aren't as terrible as we often see in other media, but solitary confinement can hurt people emotionally. Imagine being alone with no connection to the outside world accept for a wall which your constantly staring at. The depression that these prisoners go thru is inexcusable when there are other methods. The sad thing is if the Pope and Obama hadn't brought this up, I don't know if as many people would even care. I'm glad people have started to know about better ways to handle prisoners and I hope solitary confinement get's used less in the years to come.
